🔔 Important Information About Your Purchase

  • This product can only be purchased by the person who applied for the advance sales lottery.

    Transfers or purchases on behalf of others are not allowed.

  • Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once all available units are sold.

  • If the purchase is not completed by May 12, 2025 (JST) after the purchase page is provided, your eligibility will be revoked and the right to purchase will be passed to the next selected person.

  • If you are unable to make the purchase within the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us before the deadline. We will accommodate your situation as much as possible.

  • When placing your order, please log in with the same email address you used to apply for the lottery on the GRAN DARTS STORE.

    Orders placed with a different email address will be automatically canceled.

🛒 Ordering Other Products

Customers outside of Japan are kindly asked to refrain from ordering products other than GRAN EYE.

If non-Japanese orders include additional items, only GRAN EYE will be fulfilled, and all other products will be automatically canceled.

 

 

🚚 Shipping

Shipping fees are included in the product price.

There will be no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Thanks to the generous support of our official French distributor, Olie’s Darts, your order will be shipped from France.

  • If you are located within France or another EU member state:

    No customs duties will apply, as the shipment stays within the EU.

  • If you are located outside the EU:

    Import duties may be charged depending on your local customs regulations.

    In such cases, the customer is responsible for any applicable fees.
